My style is reminiscent of the tattoos designed in the 1940s and 1950s. I've always had an appreciation for old tattoo designs. The colors used were minimal, yet bold. The cartoons and illustrations were simple, yet ingenious. The subject matter reflected the occupations, the hopes and the dreams of the times. Hopefully my love and respect for this lost artform has transferred into my tattoo designs. I strive to continue to honor the tattoo artists of decades past, while introducing my own style to new generations.
